From day one, we oversee the caretaking of your home: coordinating vendors, preventing problems before they become emergencies, responding when something goes wrong, and keeping clear records of everything that happens. On average each year, our members can count on emergencies prevented, issues solved before they become problems, and tons of property tasks taken off their plategiving them countless hours of their time back.
During your first 30 days, we get your home fully “under management.” We assess and document the property, install or confirm secure access, address obvious risks, line up core vendors, and build a written property summary and year‑round maintenance plan. By the end of that first month, your home is on a proactive schedule instead of living in “hope nothing breaks” mode.
Becoming a member is straightforward. On a short Peace‑of‑Mind planning call, we’ll learn how you use the home, what you want off your plate, and which membership level – Guardian Watch, Steward, or Concierge Elite – actually fits. From there, we handle the onboarding, communication, and coordination so you can simply show up and enjoy your place, knowing everything behind the scenes is being taken care of.
